Flat Belly Diet


yes... i dont have a flat belly right now.. you too ?? and its been the bain of my existance...the one area i cannot seem to conquer. this book tells you ladies ( and dudes ) that yes ! you can work out and "eat right" all you want. but some people cannot shed that belly fat..because of your diet .. (you'll be surprised, things like tea and coffee can give you excess 'bloat' , groan ) . decades of health news has told us FAT IS BAD --FAT IS REALLY REALLY BAD ! but, as Liz Vaccariello will explain.. lots of fats are very, very good for you.
